江戸時代末期、徳川幕府は長州藩討伐のため遠征軍を派遣した。In the twilight days of the Edo period, the Tokugawa shogunate dispatched an expedition to suppress the Choushuu domain. While foraging for ingredients, a samurai falls into a well and finds himself transported to modern day Japan. Combining the culinary knowledge and experience from his time and the conveniences of living in a modern society, he begins to document the dishes he creates.
